64 days holiday for session 2024-25 in schools , colleges of Chhattisgarh

Raipur (Team Newsbuddy) A total of 64 days holiday has been announced for the 2024-25 academic session in schools and B.Ed-D.Ed colleges of Chhattisgarh. The Directorate of Public Instruction has sent an official letter of holiday in this regard to the Education Department, in which the dates of holidays have been fixed according to major festivals and seasons.

According to the order, this year Dussehra holidays will start from October 7 and will run till October 12. After this, schools will remain closed for a total of 8 days due to Sunday falling on October 6 and 13.

After this, Diwali long holidays will be from October 28 to November 2 at the end of October. During this too, due to Sunday falling before and after, there will be a total holiday of 8 days again.

Apart from this, winter holidays have been declared from 23 December to 28 December, while 46 days have been fixed for summer vacation. These summer holidays will be from 1 May to 15 June 2025. Keeping in mind the weather conditions, these holidays can also be changed if needed.
