Mrinal Chaubey becomes expert guest lecturer of NIS Patiala

Raipur ( Team Newsbuddy): International hockey player of Chhattisgarh Mrinal Chaubey has been invited as an expert guest lecturer at the National Institute of Sports (NIS) Patiala, the prestigious sports institution of the country, known as the Mecca of sports. This is a proud moment for the state of Chhattisgarh, because for the first time a player from the state has got the opportunity of this important responsibility. Mrinal has received this historic invitation due to his excellent international hockey performance and getting A grade with first rank in NIS Diploma in Sports Coaching.
Mrinal will now share his experiences while training trainee coaches at NIS Patiala.
Praising this achievement of Mrinal, Assembly Speaker Dr. Raman Singh said, “Chhattisgarh’s players are multi-talented, Mrinal’s achievement has increased the prestige of hockey nursery Rajnandgaon.”
On this occasion, Chhattisgarh Hockey Association President Firoz Ansari said, “Mrinal Chaubey is an example of balance between sports and education. His contribution in the field of sports has increased the prestige of Chhattisgarh.”

Chhattisgarh Hockey Secretary Manish Srivastava said, “Mrinal has also excelled in his education while representing the Indian Hockey Team. He completed his school and college studies in the first division and also successfully passed the CAG Audit Officer Examination held at the All India level. Currently, he is working as Assistant Audit Officer in the Office of the Accountant General Audit Chhattisgarh.”
For his contribution in the field of sports, Mrinal Chaubey has been awarded the Gundadhur Samman, Shaheed Rajiv Pandey Award, Shaheed Kaushal Yadav Samman by the Chhattisgarh Government, and he has also been declared the best player of the state.
On this historic achievement of Mrinal, Rajnandgaon MLA, Assembly Speaker and former Chief Minister Dr. Raman Singh, MP Santosh Pandey, Mayor Hema Sudesh Deshmukh, former MP Madhusudan Yadav, Chhattisgarh Hockey President Firoz Ansari, General Secretary Manish Srivastava, District Hockey Association Rajnandgaon Secretary Shiv Narayan Dhaketa along with all the senior and young players of Rajnandgaon and the sports loving people of the city congratulated Mrinal Choubey
