21 members of Raipur Division from railway family retire

Raipur (Team Newsbuddy): 21 members (17 normal and 4 physical challenge) of the Railway Family working in various departments of South East Central Railway, Raipur Division retired in September 2024 after completing their glorious railway service.

Divisional Personnel Officer ( Nikita Agarwal), Assistant Divisional Finance Manager (Sumitra Pal), retired personnel and their families, Welfare Inspector and employees of Settlement Section were present in this ceremony. The 21 railway employees retiring from the division include 5 from Mechanical Department, 6 from Engineering Department, 4 from Operations Department, 3 from Electrical Department and 3 from Commercial Department.

All the retired employees were given farewell in a ceremony organized in the community hall. On this occasion, the Assistant Divisional Finance Manager gave the entire payment certificate of retirement to all the retired employees. (Total amount of Rs. 7,91,90,859/- was paid to the retired employees through e-payment). Pension payment order, identity card of retired employee and pass card of employees and dependents, service medal were provided on 30/09/2024.

The Divisional Personnel Officer and Assistant Divisional Finance Manager while addressing everyone congratulated the retired employees for discharging their duties well during the service and told them to spend their retired life happily with their family and relatives while taking special care of their health, and also advised to invest the amount received during retirement in the right place. In the end, he wished everyone a happy future and good health after retirement
