Bomb threat at Mahakaleshwar Temple in Ujjain: Security tightened, bomb squad deployed

Ujjain(Team Newsbuddy): A bomb squad was dispatched to the Mahakaleshwar Temple in Ujjain following reports of a bomb threat. Ujjain SP Pradeep Sharma confirmed that security at the temple has been heightened, and the bomb squad is currently investigating the situation.

The alert stems from an alleged threat letter received by the Superintendent of Hanumangarh Railway Station in Rajasthan, which mentions several temples and railway stations across Madhya Pradesh and Rajasthan. The authenticity of the letter, written in Punjabi, is yet to be confirmed.

“The Ujjain police are closely coordinating with the Hanumangarh police station as the investigation is underway,” SP Sharma said. Both state police forces are cooperating to address the potential threat, though no official confirmation has been issued so far.
