Dr. Silawat Smriti Samman for women’s hockey players
1 min readIndore (Team Newsbuddy): . Indore is the city of Maa Ahilya and her blessing is on the daughters of Indore that they conquer every field. Indore women’s players won the CBSE West Zone Hockey Tournament recently.
Expressing his happiness over the success ,MP Cabinet Minister Tulsiram Silawat gave away Dr. Anchal Silawat Smriti Samman to players at function organized under the aegis of Hockey Indore Organization. During the program, Vice President of MP Olympic Organization Om Soni, MLA Mahendra Hardia, Dr. Mandakini Silawat, Shrikant Borkar, Indore Grain Oilseeds Traders Educational Trust President Arun Agarwal and Secretary Satish Gupta, Principal Prabharanjan Chatterjee and KS Kapasiya were special guests.
The program organized at the practice ground of Prakash Hockey Club, hockey sticks, track suits and other sports material were distributed to all the players of IATV Educational Academy. Also players of Prakash Club who brought laurels to Indore in various competitions were also felicitated. Executive President of Hockey Indore Organization Devkinandan Silawat said that this award established in the memory of former BMO Depalpur late Dr. Anchal Silawat is given to those players who have increased the honour of the city and state through their game in difficult circumstances.
Guests were welcomed by NIS coach Ashok Yadav, Sarwar Khan, Shailendra Verma, Dr. Rafiq Khan, Prem Prajapat, Chunky Kumawat, Sandeep Verma, Rajendra Yadav, Halim Khan, Bunty Yadav, Wasim Khan, Akshat Yadav, Balkishan Raikwar. The program was conducted by Prathamesh Raje Silawat. Dr. Anishkaraje Silawat expressed his gratitude.
