FIRE RUMOR : Panic passengers jump from train , 10 die
1 min readJalgaon (Team Newsbuddy): A major accident has happened in Jalgaon, Maharashtra. A rumor of fire spread in the Pushpak Express train at Paranda station here. After this, many frightened passengers pulled the chain of the train and started jumping. Due to this, the passengers came under the grip of Karnataka Express passing through the other track. It has come to light that many passengers have died. According to the information, about 35 to 40 passengers have jumped from the Pushpak Express. Pushpak Express was going from Lucknow to Mumbai when suddenly a rumor of fire spread.
All the injured are being treated in the rural hospital. There was chaos at the station due to a false fire alarm in Pushpak Express. It is being told that many passengers got hit by Karnataka Express after falling on the other track. According to sources, 10 people have died. At the same time, 30-40 people are reported to be injured. According to Central Railway CPRO Dr. Swanil, Pushpak Express was coming from Lucknow to Mumbai. Some passengers got down on the track. Some passengers got hit by Karnataka Express coming from the other direction. ‘ACP’ i.e. alarm chain pulling happened in the train. Railway does not have any information as to why the chain pulling happened.
