Gangster Lawrence Bishnoi gets big relief, court acquits him

New Delhi (Team Newsbuddy): Jailed notorious gangster Lawrence Bishnoi has got relief from the court in a case. He has been acquitted in the case of demanding extortion of Rs 50 lakh from a textile trader. The court of Magistrate S Sohi in Faridkot District Court has acquitted gangster Lawrence Bishnoi for lack of evidence. In this case, co-accused and now running the Lawrence gang, Goldie Brar has been declared a fugitive. Gangster Lawrence Bishnoi’s lawyer Amit Mittal said that his client is accused of demanding Rs 50 lakh from the businessman. It is alleged that the extortion was demanded through WhatsApp call, but the complainant could not provide any evidence to prove his allegation. Kotkapura police had registered a case of extortion against Lawrence in the year 2021.
