New Delhi(Team Newsbuddy). Union Minister Kiren Rijiju said that Congress and opposition wasted a lot of time of the country and Parliament. Union Parliamentary Affairs Minister Kiren Rijiju lashed out at the march of opposition MPs from the Parliament House complex to the Election Commission against the Special Intensive Revision (SIR) of voter list in Bihar and alleged ‘vote theft’. Without naming Congress MP Rahul Gandhi, he said that the country cannot bear so much loss due to the foolishness of one man and one family.

Addressing the media, Kiren Rijiju said, “The Congress party and the opposition have wasted a lot of time. Now we will not let the time of the country and Parliament be wasted any more. The government wants to pass important bills. Today we will pass important bills in both Lok Sabha and Rajya Sabha. The country cannot bear so much loss due to the foolishness of one man and one family.” According to Rijiju, “Many opposition MPs also came and said that they are helpless. Their leaders force them to create ruckus. We have been elected to Parliament to put forth the people’s views. Every day, we will not let the country’s and Parliament’s time be wasted on one issue, so we will pass important bills.”

Union Parliamentary Affairs Minister Kiren Rijiju said, “Even today they (opposition) sought time to go to the Election Commission and the Election Commission asked the Indi alliance to send two members from each party. 30 members were called, but they did not go. In the Indi alliance, they could not decide on those 30 people. Now, Kharge is saying that all opposition members are VIPs, so will 150 people enter the Election Commissioner’s room?”

He targeted the opposition and said that the Indi alliance does not trust the Supreme Court, they do not trust the Election Commission, they do not trust the Parliament. They attack all the constitutional institutions of our country. Why do they repeatedly do drama to damage the image of India? The public has sent us to serve the country, not to do drama here. We make our last appeal to the opposition. We will pass the bill. You should participate in the discussion. The opposition people should not lie later that they did not let us speak.

The opposition MPs have demanded special intensive revision of the voter list in Bihar. (SIR) and took out a march from Parliament to the Election Commission office against the alleged ‘vote theft’. During this, when the Delhi Police tried to stop them, the opposition MPs created a ruckus. After this, the police took into custody many opposition leaders including Congress National President Mallikarjun Kharge, Rahul Gandhi, Priyanka Gandhi Vadra, SP chief Akhilesh Yadav, Shiv Sena (UBT) MP Sanjay Raut.
