Netaji could not fill form due to bike breakdown
1 min readLucknow, The first phase of voting for the Lok Sabha elections is to be held on April 19. Under this, votes will be cast on a total of 102 seats. This also includes Muzaffarnagar Lok Sabha seat of Uttar Pradesh. Wednesday (March 27) was the last day for candidates to file nominations for the first phase seats. Nominations were filed for 8 seats in UP. But an independent candidate could not file nomination simply because his bike broke down at the last moment.
Independent candidate is Anand Kumar. He is a lawyer by profession and wants to contest the Lok Sabha elections from Muzaffarnagar seat. But his dream remained unfulfilled due to not being able to fill the nomination form on time. Due to the bike breakdown, he could not reach the District Collectorate office on time.
