One naxal killed in ongoing encounter in Sukma forests

Jagdalpur (Team Newsbuddy): An encounter has taken place between the soldiers and the Naxalites in Sukma district. This encounter took place between DRG soldiers and Naxalites in the early morning in the forest of Tetrai Tolanai. In this encounter, DRG soldiers killed a Naxalite.
After the strong action of the soldiers, the Naxalites fled back to the forest. After the encounter, a search operation was carried out in the forest by the DRG soldiers. SP Kiran Chavan has confirmed this encounter.
The soldiers had received information
According to the media report, the soldiers had received information that Naxalites were present in the forests of Tetrai-Tolnai. On this information, the DRG soldiers immediately took action and left for the forest, after which an encounter took place between DRG and Naxalites today on Saturday morning.
In this encounter, DRG soldiers achieved great success and killed a Naxalite on the spot. At the same time, seeing the continuous firing from the soldiers, the Naxalites fled inside taking the help of dense forest.
DRG took the body in its custody
Sukma SP Kiran Chavan said that our soldiers have found the body of the Naxalite along with many other items on the spot. We have recovered them and taken them in our custody. He also said that more information will be available on this only when our soldiers return.
