Security forces get big success in Chhattisgarh, 9 Naxalites including one lakh bounty arrested

Raipur(Team Newsbuddy): In Chhattisgarh, the police have arrested nine Naxalites in various operations. Among these, there is a reward of one lakh rupees on one Naxalite.

Security forces arrested during search operation

Five Naxalites were arrested from the forest of Pusbaka during a search operation by security forces in Basaguda of Bijapur district. Explosives, tiffin bombs, electric wires, batteries, spikes, gelatin sticks, cardex wires, detonators and anti-government pamphlets and banners of the banned Naxalite organization were recovered from their possession.

Naxalite with a reward of one lakh also arrested

Among the arrested Naxalites is Naxalite Raju Oyam Usoor, with a reward of one lakh. Three Naxalites involved in blocking the road between Usoor and Sitapur and putting up anti-government pamphlets and banners were arrested from Tekmetla.

A joint party of Tarrem police station and STF has arrested a militia member from Peddagalur. He was involved in firing on the police party near New Tarrem Bada Camp on 8 February 2023.
