Provision of Rs 3289 cr for 18 works of upgradation, widening of National Highways in Chhattisgarh

Rs 35 crore provisioned for survey and DPR of 8 works of 1006 km length proposed in future

Deputy Chief Minister Arun Sao addressed a press conference at his residence office in Civil Lines, Raipur today. He told in the press conference that a provision of Rs 3289 crore has been made by the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways, Government of India for 18 works of upgradation and widening of 253 km length of National Highways in Chhattisgarh. Also, a provision of Rs 35 crore has been made for the survey and DPR of eight works of 1006 km length proposed in future. He expressed his gratitude to the Government of India and Union Minister for Road Transport and Highways Nitin Gadkari for making provision of such a huge amount for Chhattisgarh.
