Police officers are constantly advising the people who are easily getting trapped in the web of cunning thugs sending tempting messages that there is no such scheme or plan that can make someone a lakhpati or crorepati overnight. Police officers should avoid getting trapped in the trap of tempting messages and making transactions, until it is confirmed that the message is not from the thugs.
Social media app users are receiving tempting messages from Pakistan, Malaysia, Kenya, Vietnam, and Ethiopia that promise to make people lakhpatis or crorepatis overnight. Cyber thugs are using VPN websites the most in cyber fraud. Using VPN, cyber thugs create their own server and mobile number and take out the number from social media app and start messaging.

If police officials are to be believed, cyber thugs are easily committing fraud through phone or message on WhatsApp from numbers +92, +84 or +62 coming from abroad. Cyber thugs are committing fraud by luring people to invest by offering jobs abroad through messages with these codes.
*Ignore messages coming on internet media apps
Cyber thugs are engaged in collecting personal information of people active in internet media by searching their details. Using the information received from internet media, cyber thugs take those people in their trap by luring them with the promise of a part time job and then committing fraud.
More than 13 crores have been defrauded in Chhattisgarh
If the data received from the police department is to be believed, in a few years people have lost more than 12 crores through online fraud. Recently, the police have solved some cases of cyber fraud and arrested the cyber fraudsters. The police have also been successful in holding some money from the accounts of these fraud.
