Traffic awareness program conducted by cadets of 9 MP Battalion NCC Indore

Indore (Team Newsbuddy): Under the aegis of NCC Group Headquarters Indore, under the guidance of Commanding Officer of 9 MP Battalion Colonel M.K. Tiwari, a traffic awareness program was organized at various intersections of Indore city from recently. In this program, NCC cadets of SGSITS Indore, Sha. Adarsh ​​Holkar Science College, Atal Bihari Vajpayee Sha. Arts and Commerce College, Islamia Karimia Degree College, PMB Gujarati Commerce College and PMB Gujarati Science College under NCC colleges authorized by 9 MP Battalion participated with enthusiasm and played an important role in the traffic awareness program.

Giving the above information, SGITS Associate NCC Officer Captain (Dr.) Manish Jaiswal, media in-charge of the program, said that for this program, the battalion identified the busiest traffic intersections of Indore city and organized a traffic awareness program at those intersections, in which NCC cadets made drivers aware about following traffic rules, contributing to Indore city’s first place in traffic, parking vehicles behind the stop line, keeping the vehicle switched off at red lights, keeping the vehicle’s speed slow, etc. NCC cadets performed the task of traffic awareness through flex and banners
