Girl student raped for 12 years under threat

Gaurela-Pendra-Marwahi (Team Newsbuddy): The absconding teacher who raped a student for 12 years in the district has surrendered after reaching the court. The accused teacher was absconding since the case was registered in Gaurela police station on the report of the victim student. The police has presented the accused in the court and sent him to jail. This case is of Gaurela police station area. A former student studying in the school had lodged a report in the police station against assistant teacher Mahendra Kumar Soni living in Sarabhara area that when she was studying in class 7 and was 12 years old, teacher Mahendra Kumar Soni took her to his house by luring her with his words and raped her by threatening her. After that the teacher started doing such acts with that student every day. Now that student is 24 years old and has become pregnant. Even after that he continued to exploit her. After which the victim’s family came to know about the case, they reached Gaurela police station with the student. On the basis of their statement and evidence, the police registered a case against the accused teacher under sections 376, 376 (2) (c), 376 (2) (N), 294, 506B, 342, 190 and 6 POCSO Act. After which the guilty teacher was absconding in the case. On Thursday, the accused surrendered in court. After which the Gaurela police team reached the spot and presented the accused before the court and sent him to jail.
