New Chhattisgarh ministers to undergo training programme

Raipur (Team Newsbuddy): Chhattisgarh government ministers will get training in good governance at the Indian Institute of Management (IIM). Six out of 11 members of Vishnudev cabinet have become ministers for the first time. In the name of experienced ministers, apart from CM Vishnudev Sai, there are only Brijmohan Agarwal, Ram Vichar Netam, Dayal Das Baghel, Kedar Kashyap. In such a situation, this program is being organized from the point of view of convenience of work for the new members. This program has been organized on 31 May.

According to the information, in this special training session, ministers will be taught the tricks of management, rural development, the nuances of good governance. Along with reaching the schemes to the common man, how to take feedback from the public, ministers will be trained on many such topics. Professors will discuss with the ministers about efficiency in skill development.

Sources in the Chhattisgarh government say that after the training of ministers, there will be a lot of help in the implementation of government schemes. The state government has invited proposals from departments under the Vision Document- 2047 under Developed India-Developed Chhattisgarh.

The steering committee meeting has also been held. It has not been presented before the cabinet yet. Along with converting such proposals of public interest into a scheme, the training will also give experience of how effective implementation will be done.

Will increase the use of IT in departments. While increasing the use of IT and innovation in government departments, talks will also be held with the officials of IIM Raipur to make it useful for the public. Vishnudev government has already made it clear that the use of IT will be increased in departments. Along with increasing transparency, time will be saved.

A programme for training ministers is being organized by the state government. Through a one-day camp at IIM, the ministers will learn the nuances of management.
