Kangana Ranaut said- ‘I was slapped by a security guard at Chandigarh airport’

Kangana Ranaut posted a video on the social media platform X and said, “I am getting a lot of phone calls. I am absolutely safe and fine. The incident that happened today happened at Chandigarh airport. This accident happened during the security check.”
“As soon as I came out of the security check, there was a woman in the other cabin, who was a CISF security personnel. She came from the side and hit me on the face and used abusive language.”
Kangana Ranaut said, “When I asked her (security guard) the reason for doing so, she said that she supports the farmers’ movement.”
“I am safe, but I am worried about how we will handle the terrorism and extremism that is increasing in Punjab.”
A video of Chandigarh airport is also viral in which a woman security personnel in CISF uniform can be heard saying, “She had given a statement that she is sitting in the protest for hundred rupees each? Will she sit there? My mother was also sitting there when she gave the statement.”
Bollywood actress Kangana Ranaut has won from Mandi Lok Sabha seat of Himachal on a BJP ticket.
She has defeated Congress’ Vikramaditya Singh by a margin of about 75 thousand votes. Vikramaditya Singh has also described this incident of slapping as sad.
