Raipur(Team Newsbuddy): Congress State Spokesperson Vandana Rajput strongly criticized the BJP government on the increasing crimes against women and said that sisters are not safe even on the holy day of Rakshabandhan in the government of bad governance. This gang rape incident proves that the fear of law is not even a bit in the hearts and minds of the criminals in the state, the law and order has completely come to a standstill. More than 2000 cases of crime against women have been registered in the 8-month government of Bharatiya Janata Party. More than 170 gang rapes and more than 500 rape incidents have occurred. Despite having a tribal Chief Minister, he has failed to protect the identity of tribal women. The identity of tribal women is being looted continuously, that is why tribal women are being shot.

Vandana Rajput said that the increasing incidents of crime against women in the double engine government of Bharatiya Janata Party have exposed the government. Incidents of gang rape and rape of daughters are increasing continuously. The government has failed to provide security to daughters. Today daughters are neither safe at home nor outside. Seeing the situation of Chhattisgarh, women from other states are afraid to come to Chhattisgarh. Every day, due to the increasing incidents of crime against women, parents are worried about their daughters, that is why they are stopping sending their daughters to school in the village due to the safety of their daughters.

Those who raised the slogan of Beti Bachao and Beti Padhao today become silent even when the identity of daughters is being looted. The leaders of Bharatiya Janata Party, who do opportunistic politics, are also turning a blind eye to heinous crimes like rape and murder of women.
