BJP is constantly trying to surround Aam Aadmi Party regarding this matter. On the other hand, Swati Maliwal has reached Tis Hazari Court Delhi on Friday afternoon in this matter. On the other hand, BJP is constantly trying to surround Aam Aadmi Party and Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal regarding the case of misbehavior with Swati Maliwal. Delhi BJP Mahila Morcha is protesting outside the CM residence regarding this matter. BJP is demanding the resignation of Arvind Kejriwal.

Addressing a press conference , Sanjay Singh had said that an incident took place yesterday. Swati Maliwal was misbehaved with by Bibhav Kumar (PA of Arvind Kejriwal) at Arvind Kejriwal’s residence. Swati Maliwal reported the incident to Delhi Police. This is a condemnable incident. Arvind Kejriwal has taken cognizance of the incident and has directed strict action.
A few days ago, MP Swati Maliwal had alleged that she was beaten up and misbehaved with by the CM’s PA at the official residence of Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal.
Swati Maliwal had reached the Chief Minister’s residence to meet CM Arvind Kejriwal. Maliwal said in her complaint that I went to the drawing room of the CM residence and was waiting there. Then his personal staff came and started abusing me. He slapped me without any provocation. I shouted and said leave me, let me go. But he kept hitting and abusing me. Kept threatening me and said that we will see. We will deal with you. He hit me on the face, hit me on the stomach, I ran out and called the police.
After this, Delhi Police has started action by registering an FIR against CM Arvind Kejriwal’s PA Vibhav Kumar. In her written complaint to Delhi Police, Swati Maliwal has told how she was harassed in the CM residence. Civil Lines Police has registered a case under sections 354, 506, 509 and 323 apart from other sections of IPC. According to sources, considering the serious allegations Swati Maliwal has made against Arvind Kejriwal’s PA Bibhav Kumar, the incident must have been captured in the CCTV footage of the CM residence, the police will now investigate the data of all those cameras. Swati Maliwal has taken the name of Arvind Kejriwal’s PA Bibhav Kumar in PCR calls and till now the FIR has also been registered against him. The police will also see his presence in the CCTV footage.
